The valley area in Ridnaun offers an unparalleled winter paradise, with lots of natural snow and perfectly prepared cross-country trails, toboggan runs and winter hiking trails. Nearby you can find numerous hiking possibilities and three unbeatable skiing areas: the lovely ski carousel Ratschings, Sterzing´s local mountain Rosskopf and the family friendly area Ladurns. All winter lovers will find what they're looking for.
Our mountain summer has a lot to offer: it starts on green, graveled forests and mountain bike trails at the bottom of the valley and reaches the crystal clear air of the glaciers high up in the main alpine region of the 3000 m high peaks. We´ll lead you to the most beautiful spots: to alpine huts, the mining museum and to Sterzing, the Fugger´s city.
